Making Memories: Generations gather for Grandparents Day at Junee Kids
THERE were smiles, snuggles and sweet moments aplenty at Junee Kids Early Learning on Wednesday morning, as families came together to celebrate Grandparents Day.
The centre hosted a hands-on dried flower workshop, led by Wagga creatives Rustic Summer Sisters, where children and their biggest fans worked side-by-side to craft miniature floral arrangements.

With more than a dozen grandparents in attendance, the morning was filled with joy, creativity and connection — a true celebration of generations coming together.
The sweet floral keepsakes, many featuring dried native blooms and delicate accents, were lovingly made to take home — a tangible reminder of a morning that meant so much.
As laughter echoed through the centre and little voices proudly shared their creations, one thing was clear: these were core memories in the making.

Families interested in joining the Junee Kids community can now secure their place for 2026, with limited spaces available.
