1.0 Introduction
1.1 These Terms of Use (Terms) apply to all social media accounts (Socials) owned and operated by Jaydan J. Duck ABN 35 281 874 474 (the Publisher).
1.2 By accessing, following, engaging with, or uploading content to the Publisher’s Socials, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with the terms and conditions of the respective social media platform. In the event of a conflict, the platform’s terms will take precedence.
1.3 For the purpose of this policy, “we” “us” and “our” means the Publisher.
2.0 Rules Of Engagement
2.1 We encourage open discussion and welcome feedback but expect respectful interactions at all times.
2.2 To maintain a safe and constructive environment, you must:

- Treat others with tolerance, courtesy, and respect
- Take responsibility for your own posts
2.3 You must not post/upload any content that contains, promotes, or incites:

- Vilification or discrimination based on gender, religion, sexual preference, age, disability, marital or domestic status, race/ethnicity, criminal record, political opinion, or socio-economic status
- Illegal or unethical activities
- False, misleading, manipulative, or defamatory statements
- Spam, excessive repetition, or disruptive behaviour
- Copyright or intellectual property violations
- Unapproved advertising, marketing, solicitations, or endorsements
- Any other content deemed inappropriate or harmful
2.4 Additionally, you must not:
- Impersonate others
- Deliberately provoke, antagonize, or troll others, including page administrators
- Share personal or private information without consent
- Post illegal, defamatory, or harmful material
- Solicit donations or share harmful links (e.g., malware)
- Identify matters currently the subject of legal proceedings or under a court’s non-publication order
- Post any content that is off-topic, repetitive, vexatious, or otherwise in breach of these Terms
3.0 Content Management & Moderation
3.1 Our Socials are managed by the Publisher and a team of content creators and moderators who reserve the right to remove any content or block users who violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behaviour.
3.2 User content is moderated daily and assessed according to these Terms. If you breach these Terms, we may:
- Suspend or permanently block you from accessing and engaging with our Socials
- Report your conduct to the relevant social media platform and/or law enforcement authorities
- Take any other appropriate action, including legal action
3.3 We accept no liability for any loss arising from a user being blocked or from the removal of user content.
3.4 There may be instances where content that breaches these Terms appears on our Socials before it can be removed. If you see such content, please notify us via direct message or email.
3.5 Our Socials team will endeavour to answer queries as soon as possible. However, responses may be delayed when additional verification is required.
4.0 Your Content
4.1 We do not claim ownership of user-generated content. However, by posting content to our Socials, you:
- Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, perpetual license to use, modify, display, and reproduce your content, and to sublicense these rights to third parties
- Confirm that your content is original and does not breach any laws
- Warrant that you have permission to share any identifiable individuals featured in your content, including minors with parental or guardian consent
4.2 You acknowledge that comments you post are public and may be reproduced, published, or broadcast as an official comment by you.
4.3 Where feasible, we will endeavour to credit you and may link to your online profile or website.
4.4 We reserve the right to attach logos or branding to your content at our discretion.
5.0 Disclaimer
5.1 You are legally responsible for the content you post on our Socials and for any infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
5.2 In addition to our website disclaimer, the following conditions apply:
- All posts on our Socials are public and may be reviewed, commented on, or shared
- We reserve the right to delete or block derogatory, offensive, or defamatory content
- Posts from the public do not necessarily represent the views of The Junee Bulletin or its Publisher
- User content does not reflect the opinions or policies of The Junee Bulletin, nor do we verify its accuracy
- We consider requests to share content on a case-by-case basis; a share does not equate to an endorsement
- Following an account does not imply endorsement
- The appearance of external links or comments does not constitute endorsement
- Unlawful content may be referred to law enforcement agencies
